Scholarship Mission

To provide financial assistance to qualified senior high school students at Parkersburg High School.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must be Parkersburg High School graduating senior; minimum 2.5 GPA; to be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.

How Winners are Selected

Selection of recipients will be based on merit and financial need.
