To provide graduating Parkersburg High School senior planning to attend Marietta College.
Students has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.
Selection will be based on the committee’s criteria; selection consider the following: academics; activities/leadership; service; financial need; special circumstances; selection is based on financial need, achievement, and character.
