To assist with college expenses for dependents of sea service personnel.
Applicants must be the dependent or direct descendant of a current or former member of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard or U.S.-Flag Merchant Marines, or an active member of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps; must be high school seniors who will attend an accredited institution of higher education in the fall of the current award cycle.
