Applicants must be graduate student from South Hampton Roads studying humanities at Old Dominion University or studying art history; applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents; unless otherwise noted, you should demonstrate financial need, be a current, long-time resident of South Hampton Roads (Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Isle of Wight County) and plan to enroll (or already be enrolled).
Selection will be based on demonstrate financial need.
