Applicants must be a full-time student entering the final year of undergraduate study; majoring in the meteorology or oceanography; enrolled full time in an accredited U.S. institution; and must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.25 on a scale of 4.0; must be U.S. citizens or hold permanent resident status.
