To support the education of students holding a valid FCC-granted Amateur Radio license for post-secondary education.
Applicants must hold an FCC amateur radio license; be a resident of ARRL Northwest Division (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA); studying baccalaureate or higher courses; and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Awards are given based on the submitted materials; preference will be given to those applicants who have demonstrated an interest in promoting Amateur Radio Service.
