To provide scholarship grants to Hawaiian residents planning to attend accredited four-year universities or colleges.
Applicants must be full-time, undergraduate students attending an accredited, four-year, not-for-profit institution within the United States (including U.S. territories); must be a resident of Hawaii; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and leadership in community service.
Financial need; preference is for STEM majors.
