To provide educational scholarship support to graduates of Western International High School.
Applicants must be members of the graduating class at western International High School; must have applied or been accepted as full-time students in an accredited educational institution in the United States; must enroll full-time at a non-profit or state supported four year college or university in the United States.
Applicants will be evaluated based on their desire, ability, and good grades; demonstrate leadership and character through dedicated community service; financial need.
