To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grantmaking in such fields as arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs.
Applicant must be students planning to study graphic arts or fine arts, or for students studying environment, biology, or forestry.
Recipients will be selected based on academic achievement; leadership ability; community and volunteer service; creativity; and special circumstances.
