To provide a scholarship to those students who are in need to achieve their educational goal.
Applicants must be outstanding graduating female seniors from Citrus Valley High School, Orangewood High School, Redlands East Valley High School and/or Redlands High School who have participated in the community service and will be attending an accredited four-year college or university, community college, or trade school in a full- or part-time basis.
