Applicants must be graduating high school seniors; or students currently attending a local community college and transferring to either the University of California, San Diego, San Diego State University or California State University, San Marcos; must have a minimum of 3.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Selection will be based on financial need; consideration will be given to students who have participated in extracurricular activities, community service or work experience.
