To provide financial assistance to Franklin County residents pursuing post-secondary education.
Applicant must reside in Franklin County, VT, and have graduated from Franklin County High School; must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate financial need and a good education/work ethic.
Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, and essay.
