To support students from Franklin or Grand Isle County in Vermont as they pursue post-secondary education.
Applicant must be a current high school senior who resides in Franklin or Grand Isle County, VT; must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate leadership in community service outside of school activities (preference given to activities with religious groups); must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.
Selection is based on financial need, essay, academic achievement, and recommendation letters.
