Applicant must be a graduating senior at Essex High School, Center for Technology Essex, or Mt. Mansfield Union High School; must be seeking an undergraduate degree at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must be enrolled full-time, have financial need, and demonstrate community involvement and/or service.
Selection is based on financial need, essay, and recommendation letters.
