To recognize and support students who have participated in Green Up Day.
Applicant must be a Vermont resident seeking an undergraduate degree at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need, school and community involvement and/or service, and participation in Vermont Green Up Day.
Selection is based on Green Up Day certification, recommendation letter, and essay.
