Applicant must be a resident of Vermont seeking a degree in land use planning, legal studies, political studies, emergency services, agriculture, environmental studies, forestry, wildlife management, geography/history, automotive/motorcycle, architecture, economics, or civil engineering; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must have financial need; must demonstrate school/community involvement and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on essay, recommendation letters, academic achievement, and financial need. Preference will be given to residents of Rutland County and those pursuing studies in land use planning.
