To assist a student from NROC who is pursuing vocational, trade, career, or business education.
Applicant must have lived at Northgate Apartments in Burlington, VT, for at least six months before applying (if under 18, must live at Northgate at least 51 percent of the time); must be seeking education and/or training in a trade or vocation, or in business/career development; must demonstrate school or community involvement/service and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on recommendation letter and essay.
