To provide financial assistance to students in pursuit of higher technology educational programs.
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors.
Election shall be based on ability as demonstrated, Transcript, SAT Scores; Participation in extra curricular activities and awards received while in high school; Counselor and one teacher recommendation; Career Objectives; Completion of an essay on the importance of Defense Preparedness for our Country (Approximately 1000 words); Immediate Family Member working in the Picatinny community and/or NDIA Membership.
