To provide financial support to students who have the license for post-secondary education.
Applicants must have been licensed for at least two years and currently hold a General Class or higher Amateur Radio license.
Preference is given to high school applicants ranked in top 5%-10%, or to college students in the top 10%; participation in local Amateur Radio club and community service is important to selection.
