To support undergraduate students attending a four-year college or university in the AATCC Piedmont Section (VA, WV, NC, SC).
Applicant must be an undergraduate student at a two-year or four-year educational institution in the AATCC Piedmont Section (VA, WV, NC, SC); must be pursuing a career in a technical- or design-related field associated with textiles; must have a minimum 2.85 on a 4.0 scale; must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
Selection is based on the following: honors and awards, including academic achievement; extracurricular activities; community, church, or service activities; work/employment experience; SAT or ACT scores (freshmen); personal statement including career goals, commitment to the textile industry, and financial need; transcript.
