To provide financial assistance for Lycoming County young adults who demonstrate the potential to succeed in pursuing higher education goals.
Applicants must be young adults who, as a result of legal offenses as juveniles or young adults, that have come to the attention of the Lycoming County’s Probation Department OR the Lycoming County Children & Youth Services Agency OR the Nurse Family Partnership; must graduating from a Lycoming County High School who have been identified with at-risk behavior in their school district throughout their secondary education (grades 6 through 12) may be considered; must attend or currently enrolled in a two- or four-year college/university, technical college, or trade school.
Selection will be based on the committee’s criteria.
