To support the education of Catholic high school seniors who are currently in a BSA program and continuing their education in college.
Applicant must be a high-school senior who is a practicing Catholic; must be a registered young man or woman actively involved with a Scout Troop, Venturing Crew, or Sea Scout Ship; have earned the Eagle Scout, Summit Award, or Quartermaster Award; have earned the Ad Altare Dei, Pope Pius XII, or Light is Life (Eastern Rite) Religious Award; must have provided service and leadership in church, community, school, and/or scouting.
