Scholarship Mission
To support students who have made an outstanding service to the Inn, to Phi Delta Phi and academic achievements.
Qualification Requirements
Applicant must have completed one full year of legal study; prior winners of Balfour Scholarships are precluded from entering subsequent competitions.
How Winners are Selected
Selection will be based on academic merits.
